SHIPPING TERMS
Poodle Poshships worldwide from the US. Please allow one day for our team to process your order and send it out to you. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email confirmation with your tracking number.
Our office is open Monday to Friday. We do not ship on weekends. Any orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following working day.
Please note that once your order has been collected by your selected courier service, Poodle Posh is no longer liable for the package. If you have any delivery inquiries or would like to reschedule a delivery, contact the appropriate courier service directly.
For international orders, customers are responsible for all import duties and custom fees within their own country. Poodle Posh is not able to identify how long any order will take to arrive once it reaches customs in your specific country.
We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes for international orders. Please provide an alternative address for shipping.

RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns are accepted on all unworn, undamaged items. A quick try-on is fine, playing in the park - not so much. Please note that we offer free returns and exchanges on domestic USA orders ONLY.
Sale Items are final sale. You may exchange your purchase for another size (if it is available) or product, or receive a credit note, but refunds do not apply to sale items.
If you have placed an order using a promotional discount code, you can still return or exchange your item(s) within the 14 day returns window.
